We use different types of trays, all of them packed in protective atmosphere, natural or smoked finish.

With DON MANUEL we beat for quality, also around our sausages. So, we made them using only fine meat cuts (thigh meat from turkey, sirloin cut from pork…) Nothing about recovered meat or derivate. Up to 80% of meat provide.
